I hold a B.S. from SUNY Oneonta in K-8 Education (1989) and a M.S. from SUNY Albany in Social Studies (1995). I am trained in the DRA for K-6. I have been an Elementary mentor. I have also been trained as a YMCA Youth and Teen Program Director.

I have tutored with Sylvan in NY and both Huntington and Kidztutoring in Virginia. I have taught for 15 years in classrooms from Pre-K to 6th grade. I know how much growth can happen for a child when they work 1-1 with a motivated, creative, dedicated educator.
